Founded by tenured artist manager Greg Burnell in 2018, Palm Artists is a London-based management company making waves in EDM, house, and dance pop. Greg began his journey in marketing and event production before he made the leap to artist development. After managing well-known acts like Rudimental and Kidnap at Stack House Management, Greg started his own venture in the electronic dance scene. Taking the deep house DJ duo Gorgon City with him, Greg created a roster of DJs and producers that plays everywhere from underground venues in the UK to the most popular clubs in Ibiza. With anthemic hits from artists like Sonny Fodera and Biscits alongside textured, candy-pop bops from artists like Tommy Villiers and piri, these acts have proven Palm Artists to be a tour de force.
Continuing with the company’s success, Palm Artists extended itself in the form of Palm Recs last year, also headed by Greg. Greg explained the company’s desire to deliver world class campaigns to its roster and to artists who are making waves in EDM. “Our management ethos and passion for developing artists will help us showcase some of most exciting acts from the UK and beyond.” To add fuel to its fire, Palm Artists was recently acquired earlier this year by management company + label Three Six Zero.
The management team today includes Greg, Georgina Fennessy – who cut her teeth in tour management – and experienced artist manager Charles Wedd. The merits for Palm Artists’ roster continue with the recent announcement of piri & tommy being included in the VEVO DSCVR Artists to Watch 2023 list. Similarly, DJ Meg Ward has received nominations for Best Breakthrough Producer of 2022 by DJ Mag. Any fan of dance music should keep this roster in rotation as they are bound to break new grounds in the years to come.
