A valid payment method is required to start a trial. You will not be charged during the trial and you can cancel anytime before it ends.

Yes. Team plans start with 3 seats and include a 14-day trial.

Each team has an admin who can invite members and manage access to Pro features. Team plans are more cost effective than individual subscriptions.

Yes. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends via Manage Subscription or by contacting support.

If your subscription has already started, you can still cancel and may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused time.

Yes. All plans auto-renew unless they’re canceled before the renewal date or set to cancel at the end of the billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Manage Subscription on the settings panel.

Yes. We offer discounts for students, nonprofits, and members of NIVA and NITO.

Once credentials are verified, the discount is applied. Seasonal promotions may also be available throughout the year.

No. Individual accounts are for single users only.

If multiple people need access, our 3-Pack costs almost the same as two individual subscriptions, meaning you get a third seat for a relatively small additional cost. You can request a team plan here.

We do not currently offer a public API, but all artist and company profiles and more are available to browse on the site. Directories also allow you to browse large amounts of data by applying filters such as genre, tags, related companies, location and more.

For broader data needs, we offer Data Licensing, which provides access to the full ROSTR dataset. Pricing reflects the scale and depth of the data included.

Yes, we have an iOS app available on the App Store.

However, we do not currently offer an Android app.
