Jake Posner & Jaime Bilotti have unveiled for•te, a new music management and marketing enterprise dedicated to revitalizing artist development for the modern era.
The new venture is the result of Posner's "The Culture Theory" & Bilotti's "mutuals Agency" merging under the new brand, combining their experience in A&R, audience engagement & artist development.
Under The Culture Theory, Posner catapulted A R I Z O N A from the digital confines of Reddit to global acclaim, achieving a debut album with over a billion streams and securing its place on the main stages of prestigious festivals like Coachella, Austin City Limits and Lollapalooza. He's also facilitated major artist & songwriter collaborations including Avicii, Julia Michaels, Kygo, Bella Poarch, Robin Schulz, Lil Uzi Vert and more. Jake was previously Head of NY & SVP at Hallwood Media under the leadership of his mentor Neil Jacobson.
Bilotti birthed mutuals Agency in 2022, blending marketing, management, & fan engagement for artists and companies like SB Projects, Full Stop, Arista, Warner Music, Red Light, LoyalT, Pepsi Music Lab, and United Masters. Campaigns included Megan Thee Stallion's buzzworthy Coachella merch & a creative capsule for Post Malone's Maison No. 9 Rosé launch (both led by her right hand and design lead, Dom Betances), rollout strategy & fan engagement for Olivia O'Brien, as well as leading notable community shaping events like New York's Chelsea Market pop-up for Harry Styles fans during his MSG residency, and a similar pop-up at the city's iconic Skyline Drive - giving Justin Bieber fans a space to congregate after he had to cancel his 2022 Barclays Center show due to health issues.
Most recently in Nashville, Bilotti sold out The Basement East with an all-female curated "Galentine’s Day" lineup supporting local rising acts SUNBABY, BIZZY, Emma Ogier and Hannah Flora. Jaime will continue to lead Fan To Band, a virtual community empowering & educating super fans on the music industry - which led to an appearance on Forbes' 30 Under 30.
More on the company:
for•te was founded on the principle that true success arises from leveraging individual strengths (or "fortes") and assembling specialized teams tailored to each artist's unique career phase and aspirations. This philosophy is a testament to the founders' belief in strategic, focused development over generic industry practices, aiming to carve out distinctive artist identities amid an industry perceived as increasingly homogenized.
The venture introduces three pivotal divisions: artist management, writer/producer management, and marketing/creative services, establishing a comprehensive ecosystem to nurture and propel talent within an unpredictable industry landscape.
