Andrew Jarrín & Jason Mageau have launched new management company Culture Wave, a division of Red Light Management based in LA. The new venture follows a five-year tenure at Roc Nation for the duo and before that co-founding Royal Division Entertainment.
Culture Wave's roster includes Free Nationals, Spiritbox, Polaris & others. Industry veterans Olu Famuyide, Tori Borengasser, Andrew Purcell & Rachel Hacken have also joined the staff.

The both of us have had an exciting career thus far with ups and downs but it's all part of the journey that has led us here.
