Yuki Chiba, born April 22, 1990, in Oji, Kita, Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese rapper, singer, and songwriter formerly known by his stage name KOHH. He rose from a challenging upbringing marked by poverty and family struggles, including the loss of his father and his mother's addiction. Yuki began his musical career at 18, gaining early recognition for producing the viral hit "Young Forever" by his younger brother, Lil KOHH. His breakthrough came with the 2014 album "MONOCHROME," which showcased his raw lyrical style and unique voice in the Japanese hip-hop scene. Over time, he shifted from the KOHH persona to using his real name, marking a new phase in his career with continued experimentation and international collaborations, including work with Megan Thee Stallion. His music blends honest, gritty storytelling with versatile production, earning him acclaim both in Japan and globally.
