Worry Club is a Chicago-based indie band known for blending bedroom pop with elements of midwest emo and indie-punk, creating a nostalgic yet modern sound characterized by vulnerable lyricism and a melancholic atmosphere. Founded in January 2020 by singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Chase Walsh, who writes and performs all the music, and creative director Zack Zagula, the project has since expanded to include additional bandmates Gabriel Clements, Tucker Harbaugh, and Dominic Gould. Worry Club quickly gained traction online during the pandemic, amassing millions of streams and building a devoted fanbase through relatable songs that often explore themes of anxiety, relationships, and growing up. Their discography includes popular singles like “In My Ear,” “Japanese,” and “Bleach,” as well as the EP All Frogs Go to Heaven; their live shows are noted for high energy and crowd engagement. Beyond music, Worry Club fosters a strong sense of community, advocating for mental health awareness and regularly interacting with fans through initiatives like “Worry Club Wednesdays” on Instagram Live.
