Will Linley is a 20-year-old singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Cape Town, South Africa, known for his heartfelt and emotionally resonant contemporary pop music. Raised in a musical family, he began writing songs seriously during the 2020 lockdown, which led to his viral breakthrough with the 2021 single "miss me (when you're gone)," a track that gained over 15 million streams and topped South African radio charts. Linley’s music, often described as “happy sad pop,” combines honest lyricism with uplifting positivity, reflecting themes of love, connection, and personal growth. Following his viral success on TikTok, he released his major-label debut EP kill all my feelings in 2022 and has since toured nationally, building a dedicated fanbase while emphasizing authenticity and emotional connection in his work. Linley continues to represent South Africa’s vibrant music scene with a sound that blends vulnerability and hope.
