Virgin Music to Acquire Downtown

Virgin Music Group has agreed to acquire Downtown Music Holdings for $775M, which will officially close in the second half of 2025.
While continuing to operate independently, Virgin Music & Downtown will offer enhanced services to their clients including distribution, marketing, royalties management, synch, business intelligence & more.
