Twiztid is an American hip hop duo from Detroit, Michigan, consisting of rappers Jamie "Madrox" Spaniolo and Paul "Monoxide" Methric. Formed in 1997 after their earlier group House of Krazees, Twiztid is known for their horror-themed lyrics and a sound that blends hip hop with rock and metal influences. They initially signed with Insane Clown Posse's Psychopathic Records, gaining a devoted following in the horrorcore and Juggalo communities with albums like Mostasteless (1998), Freek Show (2000), and The Green Book (2003). After leaving Psychopathic Records in 2012, they founded their own label, Majik Ninja Entertainment, continuing to release albums that showcase a mix of hardcore rap and rock elements. Twiztid has been influential in underground hip hop, known for their theatrical style and loyal fanbase, and continue to evolve musically while maintaining their cult status.
