The Belair Lip Bombs are an Australian indie rock band formed in Frankston, Victoria, in 2017. The group consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Maisie Everett, guitarist Mike Bradvica, bassist Jimmy Droughton, and drummer Daniel Devlin. Known for their self-coined “yearn-core” sound, they blend elements of punk, post-punk, jangle pop, and new wave. They released their debut album, Lush Life, in August 2023, which received critical acclaim for its catchy, heartfelt, and genre-defying style. The band gained recognition through performances at festivals like South by Southwest and became the first Australian act to sign with the Nashville label Third Man Records, which re-released Lush Life. Their second studio album, Again, is set to be released in October 2025, marking a new chapter in their growing international presence.
