Sterling Elza is a promising Red Dirt singer-songwriter from the Texas Panhandle, born into a ranching family with a rich musical heritage. He began his musical journey at the age of five, taking guitar lessons and drawing inspiration from a diverse range of genres, including old school Red Dirt, top 40 country, grunge, and classic rock. After moving to Florida to pursue tennis at the IMG Academy, he experienced a pivotal moment following the passing of his uncle, which prompted him to fully commit to a career in music. Returning to Texas, he embraced his roots and began crafting his sound within the Red Dirt scene. Now based in New Braunfels, Elza is set to release his debut album in the fall, showcasing his passion for music and performance. With a five-piece band backing him, he is poised to make a significant impact in the genre, driven by his dedication to perfecting his craft and learning from industry veterans.
