Saosin is an American post-hardcore rock band formed in 2003 in Orange County, California. The original lineup included Beau Burchell, Justin Shekoski, Zach Kennedy, and vocalist Anthony Green, who released the influential debut EP "Translating the Name" in 2003. After Green's departure in 2004, Cove Reber joined as lead vocalist, and the band released their self-titled debut album in 2006 and "In Search of Solid Ground" in 2009. Following a hiatus and lineup changes, Saosin reunited with Anthony Green returning in 2014, releasing their third album "Along the Shadow" in 2016. Known for their emotive vocals, intricate guitar work, and blending melodic and aggressive elements, Saosin remains a significant band in the post-hardcore scene with a dedicated fanbase and reputation for dynamic live performances.
