Quavious Keyate Marshall, known professionally as Quavo, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer born on April 2, 1991, in Athens, Georgia. He is best known as a founding member of the hip-hop trio Migos, alongside his nephew Takeoff and their friend Offset. Migos gained widespread recognition with their 2013 hit single "Versace," which was later remixed by Drake. The group released several successful albums, including "Culture," which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart. Quavo has also pursued a solo career, releasing his debut album "Quavo Huncho" in 2018, featuring collaborations with prominent artists such as Drake and Cardi B. In addition to his musical achievements, Quavo has faced personal challenges, including the tragic loss of Takeoff in 2022. Following this event, he has become an advocate against gun violence and has expressed a desire to honor his late nephew through his music and community efforts.
