Paul Jeffrey Russell, known professionally as Paul Russell, is an American rapper, singer, and business consultant based in Los Angeles. He is best known for his 2023 single "Lil Boo Thang," which peaked at number 14 on the Billboard Hot 100. Russell started making music as Paulitics, uploading his first full songs on SoundCloud.
He was discovered by Christian hip-hop artist Ruslan, who signed him to Kings Dream Entertainment as an artist in 2018. Russell has released several projects, including his debut solo album, "Once in a Dry Season," through Kings Dream in 2019. He has also collaborated with artists from the label, such as Ruslan, Jon Keith, and Montell Fish.
