Omarion, born Omari Ishmael Grandberry on November 12, 1984, in Inglewood, California, is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, record producer, and actor. He first gained fame as the lead vocalist of the R&B boy band B2K, which rose to prominence in the early 2000s with hits like "Bump, Bump, Bump." After the group disbanded in 2004, Omarion launched a successful solo career, releasing albums such as "O" and "21," both debuting at number one on the Billboard 200. Known for his smooth vocals and dynamic stage presence, he has earned multiple award nominations and accolades, including a Grammy nomination. His 2014 album "Sex Playlist" featured the hit single "Post to Be," which went triple platinum. Besides music, Omarion has acted in films like "You Got Served" and participated as a judge on "America's Best Dance Crew." He remains an influential figure in contemporary R&B and hip-hop.
