Stanley Omah Didia, known professionally as Omah Lay, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, and record producer. Born on May 19, 1997, in Port Harcourt, Omah Lay's music career began when he was a teenager, where he rapped under the stage name Lil King. He later shifted into music production after growing tired of rapping. Omah Lay's career took off in 2019 with the release of his debut single "Do Not Disturb," which gained traction in Nigeria.
However, it was his second single, "Bad Influence," released in 2020, that brought him to the limelight. The song went viral on social media and was widely shared on streaming platforms, making him one of the most talked-about artists in Nigeria at the time. Omah Lay followed up with the release of his debut EP, "Get Layd," in May 2020, which was a massive success, topping music charts in Nigeria and other African countries. He has collaborated with artists such as Spinall, Justin Bieber & Masterkraft.
