Muireann Bradley is a 17-year-old folk and blues guitarist from Ballybofey, County Donegal, Ireland, who has rapidly emerged as a prodigy in roots music. Born on December 18, 2006, she was introduced to blues and folk music by her musician father, learning guitar from age nine and developing a remarkable fingerpicking style inspired by legends like Blind Blake, Robert Johnson, and Memphis Minnie. Her debut album "I Kept These Old Blues", released in December 2023 through Tompkins Square Records, catapulted her to international recognition, including a viral performance on Jools Holland's New Year's Eve Hootenanny and features in Acoustic Guitar Magazine. Bradley has already achieved significant milestones, with her album reaching number 1 on the Amazon download chart in the UK, selling out shows, and receiving praise from veteran musicians who recognize her extraordinary talent for authentically performing vintage blues and folk songs.
