Mother Soki, whose real name is Annie Tammearu, is a Minneapolis-based musician known for her atmospheric and emotive style rooted in dreampop and ’90s-inspired sonics. She discovered her passion for music while in college in Chicago and has since developed a distinctive sound characterized by nostalgic and dreamy textures. Emerging as an indie artist with self-released music, Mother Soki gained notable attention with her song "Rivet Gun," which went viral on TikTok and earned the endorsement of Grammy-winning pop star Ellie Goulding.
