Monobloc signed with Al Mills & James Sandom of Red Light Management.
Monobloc also signed with Lola Mitchell of 13 Artists.
Monobloc is a newly-formed post-punk band led by Michael 'Mop' Silverglade and Timothy Waldron. The band emerged from an existing band called Courier Club, with the duo deciding to evolve as musicians and create a more refined sound without limits. Their debut song "Where's My Garden" blends pop and punk elements uniquely, showcasing their storytelling approach. Monobloc's music is described as a blend of post-punk and pop styles, featuring nostalgic guitar riffs, classical violins, and lush synths.
The band's name, Monobloc, was inspired by a ubiquitous white molded plastic chair and signifies a philosophical meaning related to their music. Monobloc's goal is to create bold and timeless music while connecting with modern audiences through internet culture. The band emphasizes collaboration in their writing process, drawing inspiration from minimalism in music, nature, cowboys, and dark fantasy.
