Marlon Hoffstadt, also known by his alias DJ Daddy Trance, is a Berlin-based German DJ, producer, and founder renowned for his dynamic presence in the electronic and trance music scenes. Launching his career at just 17, Hoffstadt gained early acclaim with his smooth house EPs and the 2013 hit “Shake That” (with Dansson), which became one of the most Shazamed tracks in Ibiza that year. Over the years, he has evolved from house and electro to become a leading figure in the resurgence of 1990s-inspired trance, known for energetic remakes, emotive melodies, and euphoric dancefloor vibes. Hoffstadt has performed at major festivals and Boiler Room events across Europe and Australia, and runs the influential party series clubheartbroken, as well as previously organizing phone-free raves to foster deeper musical connection. As a producer, his discography includes the well-received album Moments of Extasy (2022) and collaborations with artists like Dansson, HRRSN, and Nils Hoffmann, solidifying his reputation for melodic, uplifting, and genre-blending electronic musi.
