Maesic, born Emeric Boxall, is a London-born, France-raised electronic music producer, DJ, and songwriter who began producing music at the age of 12. Rising to prominence in 2018 with his debut single that charted in Spotify France's Top 200 and gathered over 10 million streams, Maesic quickly established himself in the dance music scene. He moved to Miami and later Los Angeles, where he worked with notable artists and producers, including Diplo, Major Lazer, LSD, and Silk City. Known for blending house, Afro, and Latin influences, Maesic gained attention with his viral 2025 hit "Life Is Simple (Move Your Body)" featuring vocals by Salomé Das. His career has been characterized by a "snowball effect" of collaborations and performances at major global festivals, reflecting his growing influence as both a producer and artist.
