Jordan Ward, born Jordan Alexander Ward on March 25, 1995, in St. Louis, Missouri, is an American singer, songwriter, and dancer. He began his career as a professional dancer, touring with major artists like Justin Bieber, Janet Jackson, and Beyoncé, before transitioning fully into music in 2017. With a strong foundation in dance and musical theater, Ward infuses his performances with dynamic movement and emotive singing. His music career gained notable acclaim with his EPs and his debut studio album Forward (2023) under Interscope Records, featuring collaborations with artists such as Joyce Wrice and Ryan Trey. The album explores themes of growth, resilience, and family, earning him a nomination for the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding New Artist in 2024. Ward continues to build his presence both as a soulful R&B artist and a captivating performer.
