JDM Global signs with Terrible

by ROSTR
JDM Global signed with Sophia Ziskin of Terrible for management.
JDM Global is booked by UTA/Arrival Artists.
JDM Global, the artistic moniker of Josh Mehling, is a Houston, Texas-based musician making waves in the psych-pop genre. Mehling, a queer 23-year-old alternative pop producer-turned-artist, has embarked on a mission to dominate summer playlists with his debut EP, "Go Easy." This five-song collection, released in 2021, is characterized by its colorful, warm, citrusy, and playful production, juxtaposed with introspective lyrics. Mehling's journey in music began with his significant role in producing Claud's debut "Toast" EP and being a part of the indie supergroup Shelly, which includes members such as Clairo, Claud, and Noa Getzug.
His transition to focusing on the JDM Global project was marked by the release of his first single, "Cake," which quickly garnered attention from respected names in the music industry, including plays on BBC Radio 6 and features on Pigeons & Planes’ Best New Artists list, as well as additions to Spotify's Lorem & Fresh Finds playlists. Mehling's versatility as an artist and producer is evident in his ability to navigate through various genres, including rock, hip-hop, pop, and electronic music.

JDM Global, Sophia Ziskin, Terrible
