by ROSTR

Incubus signed with CAA for touring.

Incubus are managed by Velvet Hammer & released by Legacy Recordings/ADA/EMI Records/Virgin Music Group.

Incubus is an American rock band formed in 1991 in Calabasas, California by vocalist Brandon Boyd, guitarist Mike Einziger, and drummer José Pasillas while they were still in high school, later joined by bassist Alex “Dirk Lance” Katunich and DJ Gavin “DJ Lyfe” Koppel, with Ben Kenney and Chris Kilmore joining in later years and Nicole Row stepping in as bassist in 2024. Known for their genre-blending sound that incorporates funk metal, alternative rock, and experimental elements, Incubus rose to fame with their 1999 album Make Yourself—featuring the hit single “Drive”—and continued their success with albums like Morning View (2001), A Crow Left of the Murder... (2004), and Light Grenades (2006). The band is recognized for evolving their style over the years, embracing melodic and introspective influences while maintaining energetic live performances and a dedicated global fanbase. Their name, chosen on a whim from the dictionary, originally refers to a folklore demon and reflects the band’s irreverent and spontaneous beginnings. Having sold over 23 million records worldwide, Incubus remains a dynamic and influential force in alternative and mainstream rock, celebrated for their innovative approach and willingness to explore new musical territories.
