Goya Menor, born Bright Goya on May 4, 1995, in Edo State, Nigeria, is a singer-songwriter best known for his viral hit "Ameno Amapiano Remix" featuring Nektunez, which topped charts in over 10 countries and became a global sensation through TikTok and other platforms. He began his music career after studying sociology at Ambrose Alli University and quickly gained recognition for his energetic Afro-fusion sound, blending Afrobeats and Amapiano with his signature deep baritone voice. Since his breakthrough in 2021, Goya Menor has won major awards, including Best Street-Hop Artiste at the 15th Headies Award and AFRIMA New Artist of the Year, and has released tracks like "Don Dada (Boss)," "Wahala No Dey," and the EP "Bomboy". He is also a member of the Recording Academy (Grammy) and continues to expand his influence with collaborations and new music releases.
