Gavin James is an Irish singer-songwriter born on July 5, 1991, in Dublin, who has established himself as a prominent figure in the music industry. Starting his musical journey by playing guitar at age 8 and performing in local pubs, James gained national recognition when his debut single "Say Hello" won the Choice Music Prize for Song of the Year in 2013. He has since signed with Capitol Records and Sony, released his debut album "Bitter Pill" in 2016, and achieved significant milestones including over 1.5 billion Spotify streams, selling out venues like Shepherd's Bush Empire in London, and performing arena shows. James has also toured with notable artists like Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith, and has been recognized for his soulful voice and heartfelt songwriting, drawing inspiration from artists like Damien Rice and Sam Cooke.
