Flight Facilities is an acclaimed Australian electronic music duo consisting of producers Hugo Gruzman and James Lyell, known for their sophisticated blend of house, disco, and pop. Emerging from Sydney’s nightlife scene in 2010, they broke through with early singles like “Crave You” (featuring Giselle Rosselli) and “Foreign Language,” which quickly established them as leaders in modern dance music. Their debut album, Down to Earth (2014), garnered international acclaim and ARIA nominations, featuring collaborations with Owl Eyes, Reggie Watts, and Emma Louise, and spawning hits like “Sunshine.” Flight Facilities are recognized for their immersive live shows and innovative mixes, including full-length decade and history mixes that chart the evolution of electronic music. After a seven-year hiatus from full-length albums, they returned with Forever (2021), expanding their cinematic and emotive sound. As of 2025, Gruzman and Lyell continue to tour globally, release new music and remixes, and cement their reputation as versatile visionaries in the electronic music scene.
