Eslabón Armado is an American regional Mexican band formed in 2017 in Patterson, California, by brothers Pedro and Brian Tovar and their friend Gabriel Hidalgo. Their music blends traditional ranchera and norteño styles with the modern "sierreño" genre, characterized by acoustic guitars and vocal harmonies. The group initially gained attention through social media videos and signed with DEL Records. Over the years, they have grown from a trio into a full band with additional members and have released several successful albums, including Tu Veneno Mortal and Vibras de Noche. They achieved international recognition with hits like "Ella Baila Sola," a collaboration with Peso Pluma, which reached the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 1 on the Billboard Global 200. Eslabón Armado is noted for pioneering the regional Mexican genre's global popularity while earning multiple awards and Latin Grammy nominations.
