Empire Of The Sun are an Australian electronic music duo formed in 2007, consisting of Luke Steele from The Sleepy Jackson and Nick Littlemore from Pnau. The album was certified double platinum in Australia and gold in the UK. Known for their flamboyant stage presence and elaborate live performances, Empire of the Sun has won numerous awards, including seven ARIA Music Awards in 2009.
