Chezile (pronounced "Che-zill"), born on October 6, 2000, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is an emerging indie-pop artist who rose to prominence in 2024 with his viral single "Beanie" from his debut EP "47". After experiencing homelessness earlier that year, Chezile quickly gained recognition, amassing over 105 million streams and 1.6 million monthly listeners on Spotify in just over a month. His music, which he describes as nostalgic, unorthodox, soulful, and emotional, draws inspiration from artists like Frank Ocean and blends elements of bedroom pop and psychedelic indie-pop. Chezile signed with Soka Talent Group in April 2024 and continues to release music, including singles like "Wally" and "Still in Love," with plans to release a full-length album in 2025. His journey from homelessness to viral success has resonated with fans, and he aspires to be a source of inspiration and comfort through his music.
