Catfish and the Bottlemen, a British indie rock band hailing from Llandudno, Wales, formed in 2007 and quickly made a name for themselves with their energetic performances and catchy melodies. Led by frontman Ryan Evan "Van" McCann, the band broke through with their debut album The Balcony in 2014, which peaked at number ten on the UK Albums Chart and achieved Platinum status. Their follow-up albums, The Ride and The Balance, further solidified their reputation, with The Ride debuting at number one and showcasing their evolution into a more expansive sound. The band received critical acclaim, winning the Brit Award for British Breakthrough Act in 2016, and they have since become a staple at major music festivals worldwide.
