Barely Alive is a dubstep producer duo from Massachusetts, United States, consisting of childhood friends Willie Watkins and Matt Meier. Formed in 2013, they quickly gained recognition in the electronic music scene with their debut EP "Lost In The Internet," released through Disciple Recordings, which reached number one on multiple Beatport charts within 24 hours. They have released multiple EPs and albums such as "We Are Barely Alive" and "Odyssey" under prominent labels including Disciple, OWSLA, and Monstercat, and have collaborated with artists like Virtual Riot, 12th Planet, and Snails. Their innovative approach and energetic performances have established them as leading figures in modern bass music.
