Based in Nashville, Tennessee, East gained significant attention with his 2015 single "Satisfy Me" and his major-label debut album Delilah, produced by Dave Cobb. His music career began in 2009 with self-released projects, and he has since released several albums, including Encore in 2018. East's soulful voice and compelling live performances have earned him critical acclaim and a dedicated fan base. He has also collaborated with notable artists and contributed to soundtracks, such as the Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack.
