Allan Rayman is a Toronto-based singer-songwriter known for his enigmatic persona and genre-blending sound that fuses alternative R&B, hip hop, grunge, and alternative rock. Emerging around 2013, he gained attention with his 2016 debut album Hotel Allan and has since released six full-length projects, including Roadhouse 01 (2017), Harry Hard-On (2018), Christian (2020), Roadhouse 02 (2022), and the innovative 2025 album #1 Girl, where he adopts the voice of a fictional 1990s-era aspiring female artist in an alternate world without Kurt Cobain. Signed to Communion Music, Rayman crafts introspective lyrics about love, loneliness, and daily struggles, often delivered through textured, gravelly vocals and collaborating with producers like Alex da Kid and artists such as Jessie Reyez and James Vincent McMorrow, while maintaining a low-profile mystique that lets his music speak.
