adan diaz (pronounced “ah-dawn”) is a 21-year-old Mexican-American singer, songwriter & producer from Chicago, Illinois. In 2020, the then 16-year-old high schooler released his first single “ripped jeans” via LA-based record label GODMODE (Channel Tres, Christian Leave, PawPaw Rod). Just over a year later, he released his breakthrough single “legroom”, which has been streamed over 30 million times to-date.adan quickly became a go-to for local support in Chicago, opening for touring acts like LAUNDRY DAY, spill tab, Blu DeTiger, Victor Internet, JAWNY (and more). With no manager or agent yet on board, he made his festival debut in 2024 at Lollapalooza, closing out the BMI stage on the C3 festival’s first night & opening for Eyedress’ official Lollapalooza after show at Bottom Lounge the next day.adan’s instinctive & punchy songwriting has led him to a recent publishing JV with songwriter/producer Dan Wilson’s (Laufey, Jon Batiste, Taylor Swift, Ricky Montgomery, Joy Oladokun, LANY) Supermoon Songs & PULSE Music Group.
