Grace VanderWaal, born on January 15, 2004, is an American singer, songwriter, and actress who rose to fame at the tender age of 12 by winning the 11th season of "America's Got Talent" in 2016. Known for her distinctive vocal style and proficiency with the ukulele, VanderWaal captured the hearts of audiences with her performances. She began her journey in music by sharing videos of her original songs and covers on YouTube, which led to her national recognition.
Following her victory on the talent show, VanderWaal released her debut EP "Perfectly Imperfect" and her first album "Just the Beginning," both of which enjoyed success on the Billboard charts. She has continued to release music, including singles like "Ur So Beautiful" and "Stray." Expanding her horizons beyond music, VanderWaal made her acting debut in the Disney+ film "Stargirl," showcasing her versatility as a performer.
