Alessandra Watle Mele, known mononymously as Alessandra, is an emerging Italian-Norwegian singer who has quickly made a name for herself in the music industry. Born on September 5, 2002, in Pietra Ligure, Savona, Italy, and raised in Lillehammer, Norway, Alessandra's multicultural background has influenced her musical style, allowing her to blend various genres and languages seamlessly. She gained significant attention after competing in the seventh season of "The Voice – Norges beste stemme" in 2022, where she reached the live shows, showcasing her vocal talent and stage presence.
Alessandra's music career took a significant leap when she represented Norway at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2023 with her debut single, "Queen of Kings."
